History
Where did the name "Di-Hed Yokes" come from?
The name came from the original product produced when the company was founded in 1978. A die head yoke is a custom machined, brass wear item used in automatic screw machines. DHY was founded with the vision of producing die head yokes with same day order turnaround and overnight shipping capability for customers world wide. After many years of success, DHY had expanded and grown faster in other parts of the custom machining industry and made a decision to stop commercial production of yokes in approximately 1988.
