DHY currently uses 38 CNC machines and numerous manual machines and support equipment to manufacture close tolerance components for automotive, aerospace, medical, and commercial customers.

CNC capabilities include:
Vertical and Horizontal milling centers,
Swiss type turning/milling centers,
Twin spindle turning/milling centers,
Twin spindle milling centers,
High RPM spindle machining centers,
Pallet changing and pallet pool machining centers,
CNC Wire EDM machines w/ 4 axis wire motion.
Robotic, automated part loading and unloading

We have broad experience with difficult to machine components and subassemblies in high volume applications exceeding 30,000 parts per week.



DHY has production experience in a variety of standard ferrous and non-ferrous materials and also "non-standard" materials such as Magnesium, and Titanium.
