QS 9000 / ISO 9002 compliance and Operations Management is streamlined by a revolutionary, "paperless" system in use throughout the company. The system uses integrated, intelligent databases to provide secure electronic creation, storage, and retrieval of all manufacturing, operations, and quality related documents from anywhere in the plant. The system is providing streamlined communications & revision control, combined with low overhead costs for document management. Gage calibration, measurement uncertainty, and gage R&R studies are all integrated with the centralized paperless system.

Coordinate Measuring Machines
Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM's) and SPC are utilized constantly to supplement line inspection activities by operators. DHY's Coordinate Measuring Machines utilize the industry leading PC-DMIS programming language, automatic tip changers, and Renishaw PH-9 fully rotating heads for maximum flexibility and efficiency. Statistical Process Control Data is collected in real time as product is inspected on this equipment and is available for immediate review and feedback.
Visual CMM -- The "Smart Scope"
Non - contact, visual CMM technology provides rapid inspection and SPC for complex geometries, including the ability to resolve Z - axis elevation elements on parts. This equipment is capable of using your CAD files and directly comparing actual parts to the CAD profile.


Micro-polished cross sections of brazements are prepared, polished, inspected & digitized via DHY's in-house metallographic inspection lab.




Laser Gage -- 3 micron accuracy
Innovative techniques such as these LASER powered gages are used for applications demanding non-contact measurement combined with high speed and 1 micron resolution.
